A lack of resources and manpower has led to what one state official says is the collapse of Oregon’s cannabis testing lab accreditation program. After a year full of red tape, a brewery in Colorado has received approval from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau to domestically distribute the first beer made with non-psychoactive cannabis oil. Dad & Dudes Breweria plans to distribute the CBD-infused brew — called General Washington’s Secret Stash — in Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, and other states soon, and will showcase the concoction at the Great American Beer Festival in October.
